Products & Customization
  • Can I get samples?

    Yes, samples are available for quality checking. Sample costs and freight charges are typically borne by the buyer. However, the sample cost can often be deducted from the payment for a subsequent bulk order.
     
  • Can you produce products according to our designs and specifications?

    Absolutely. We offer comprehensive OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) and ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) services. We can customize products based on your samples, technical drawings, or specifications, including private labeling and custom packaging.
  • What products do you offer?

    We have two main product lines:
    Pet Products: Including pet grooming tables (hydraulic, Z-type, portable), cages, carriers, oxygen chamber cages, toys, apparel, and feeding accessories.
    Medical Equipment: Including LED surgical shadowless lamps (ceiling-mounted and vertical), surgical operating tables, and other medical devices.
Quotation, Payment & Order
  • What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

    Our MOQ varies depending on the product. For standard items, MOQ can be as low as 1 unit for testing. For custom-made products, a higher MOQ may apply. We are flexible and willing to discuss to support your business growth.
  • What are your payment terms?

    We accept the following payment methods:
    T/T (Bank Transfer): 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment. This is our most common term.
    L/C (Letter of Credit): Acceptable at sight for orders above a certain value.
    Western Union / MoneyGram: Available for smaller orders or sample payments.
  • How can I get a price quote?

    Please contact us with the product name, model number (if any), and your required quantity. For custom items, provide us with your detailed specifications, designs, or samples for an accurate quotation.
Shipping & Delivery
  • Can you ship to my country?

    Yes, we export worldwide. Please provide your destination port/city, and we will handle all the necessary export procedures.
  • What are your delivery lead times?

    Lead time depends on the product and order quantity.
    Standard Products: Typically 7-15 days after receiving your deposit.
    Customized Products: Typically 15-30 days for production after confirming all details.
  • How do you ship the goods?

    We work with reliable shipping companies (like DHL, FedEx for air freight; and major sea freight lines) to ensure safe and timely delivery. We can ship via Express, Air Freight, or Sea Freight based on your requirements for cost and speed. We will recommend the best shipping method for you.
 Warranty & After-Sales Service
  • Do you provide technical support?

    Yes, we provide detailed user manuals, installation guides, and online technical support for our products, especially for Medical Equipment and professional grooming tables.
  • What if the products received are damaged or have quality issues?

    We have a strict quality control process before shipment. However, if you receive damaged or defective items, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receipt. Provide clear photos or videos as evidence, and we will investigate promptly to find a solution, which may include sending replacements or compensating for the loss.
  • What is your warranty policy?

    We offer a standard warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 to 24 months (depending on the product category) from the date of shipment. Our warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts. Specific warranty details will be provided with the proforma invoice.
