What are your payment terms?

We accept the following payment methods:

T/T (Bank Transfer): 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment. This is our most common term.

L/C (Letter of Credit): Acceptable at sight for orders above a certain value.

Western Union / MoneyGram: Available for smaller orders or sample payments.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ varies depending on the product. For standard items, MOQ can be as low as 1 unit for testing. For custom-made products, a higher MOQ may apply. We are flexible and willing to discuss to support your business growth.

How do you ship the goods?

We work with reliable shipping companies (like DHL, FedEx for air freight; and major sea freight lines) to ensure safe and timely delivery. We can ship via Express, Air Freight, or Sea Freight based on your requirements for cost and speed. We will recommend the best shipping method for you.

What is your warranty policy?

We offer a standard warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 to 24 months (depending on the product category) from the date of shipment. Our warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts. Specific warranty details will be provided with the proforma invoice.

What if the products received are damaged or have quality issues?

We have a strict quality control process before shipment. However, if you receive damaged or defective items, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receipt. Provide clear photos or videos as evidence, and we will investigate promptly to find a solution, which may include sending replacements or compensating for the loss
